On his site it says it took him a whole winter or summer, I can't remember, have you seen his other stuff? He's sooo good. BTW do you even understand the purpose of this? He is cleaning out the streets from graffiti in a cool style!

but yeah this animation was pure genious. and I loved every bit of it. I got a kick out of everytime the art would interact with the real world,

hmmm.. ARE you allowed to post this into the portal without breaking the rules? Because I could easily convert this into flash, very easily.
just like you can convert anything very easy. also, read the authors comment. when you submit something to the portal you claim ownership, which is against the CC license agreement.
