Yeah, it sucks. It wasn't any big money, but apart from money it'd be good exposure even if the game wasn't all that big. No contract was signed, i actually know the people in the company a little and thought they'd stand for what we discussed via PM/email/IM/whatnot. I do understand their point of view too, but it still sucks. I just hope somone here on NG likes them and wanna use them... :)
