As some of you FPS-interested peeps here know, one of the most anticipated games of the year, Battlefield 3, is nearing completion!

Yesterday, we launched the Open Beta, so sign up and try the game out in multiplayer on one of the awesome MP-maps. "Metro" is the name of the map that currently is being tested, I'm not sure how it's gonna be with public access to one of the full-scale 64 player (for PC) maps Caspian Border, but you'll get a good feel what BF3 is good for by playing Metro! I for one love that map!

I'm personally excited in more than one way for this game, as I've been working with the sound-team here at DICE the last few months, more specific with voice-over. It's going to be the first title I get my filthy name on, as I'm new to the whole gaming industry!

Pant-shitting will commence on October 25'th in the US and 27'th in Europe but pre-pant-peeing can be achieved by joining the Beta!
