so what happened to the MAC contests anyway?
well, i don't have all too much time to spend on making contests... the bar for the MAC's are quite high, especially when it comes to the structure of it and whatnot. that was one of the thoughts initially to make it appear as serious as possible...
therefore they're quite time-consuming to manage, it's alot of hassle especially when it's judging-time.
i got a feeling that people have quite a high bar set for the quality of the theme too... at the moment i don't have any fun ideas.. well, one, but it's not the most fun really. then imo it's actually better to have tom throw the contests the way he does. sure, there could be standard holiday macs and such, but tom have thrown a few contests himself, which in a way is better than having a regular/moderator to manage the contest.
but if a fun idea comes up, and i feel that i have the time to drop something, i'll def. do it.
